The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking — from coffee maker to quality cookware and a Weber gas grill on the deck.The lower-floor bedroom offers two twin beds with easy access to a full bath, while the upstairs suite features a queen bed and private bath. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexible sleeping space. The home includes a washer/dryer, air conditioning, and self check-in for your convenience.

Step onto the deck and unwind with views of the forest and the sound of birds in the morning. Deer often wander by, adding to the sense of calm. The peaceful wooded backdrop makes it easy to slow down and recharge.

Your rental includes proximity cards for access to The Galena Territory Owners' Club, an exclusive amenity available to property owners and their guests. Enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, waterslides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, basketball and tennis courts, a seasonal snack bar, WiFi, and a playground. Be sure to explore Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center, and the miles of scenic hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Please note that amenity access is never guaranteed, and refunds or discounts are not provided if any amenities are unavailable during your stay.

A 30% payment is required at the time of booking (this is a payment, not a deposit). The remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. At that point, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and dates cannot be changed. Payments will be automatically charged to the card on file, and all due dates and amounts will be outlined in your rental agreement. After booking, you will receive an electronic rental agreement that must be signed within 48 hours to secure your reservation. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. Our cancellation policy is not flexible, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Travel insurance is available at booking and up to 15 days before check-in through CSA.

The entry code is available 3 days before your arrival. You will receive a web link to our guest guide at the time of booking. Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival. The check-in details will cover this process.
